Corey and his crew were exceptional!! They showed up a little early, did an excellent job!! Extremely courteous, professional and thorough!! Sooo fast and did absolutely everything they said they would when they said they’d do it. Even took time to answer questions and explain everything. We are very pleased!! He also brought physical shingle samples to our house and took the time to help us choose the perfect color, which made a big difference. I recently had my roof replaced by Dale’s Roofing—not due to storm damage or insurance, but simply because my roof had reached the end of its lifespan. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The estimate was quick and straightforward, and Derek was both professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with confidence. The materials arrived exactly on schedule, and the replacement itself went smoothly without a single issue. The crew worked diligently, and while English was not their first language, there was always someone available to communicate with me directly. Their workmanship was superior, and the cleanup exceeded my expectations—my property was left spotless. Two individuals deserve special recognition: Kirby, the supervisor, was meticulous in checking every detail of the work. His experience, knowledge, and kindness gave me complete confidence in the project. Brandon, who came afterward to install a downspout, impressed me with his proficiency, attention to detail, and genuine kindness. Both Brandon and Kirby were extremely courteous, took pride in their workmanship, and clearly took the responsibility of getting the job done correctly very seriously. High winds of April 29th cause a tree to fall on my shop. Dale's Roofing came out on May 15th gave me a bid and said would be 4 to 5 weeks due to all the Roof damages in the area. Today June 19th, Dennis and Donnie came out and did a fantastic job of replacing the damaged roof panels and replaced all the guttering. Couldn't ask for two better guys, their manners were awesome and they did the job professionally and expeditiously.
