The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless every single day. The new roof looks incredible, the workmanship is excellent, and they stuck to the timeline and quoted price with zero surprises.What really set this company apart, though, was Drew’s dedication. Our insurance company was initially resistant and tried to lowball the claim, denying full replacement coverage. Drew stepped up and fought hard on our behalf—communicating directly with the adjuster, providing detailed documentation, photos, and measurements, and pushing until they finally approved the full replacement we needed. Without his persistence and expertise navigating the insurance process, we might have been stuck with a partial or inadequate fix. He kept us updated every step of the way and made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth resolution.Jackson, our on-site supervisor, was equally impressive. He ran a tight ship, ensured the highest quality work, answered every question we had, and made sure the job was done right down to the smallest detail. Midwest did a great job on the roof and Drew was very easy to work with. Claudio and his crew were very professional and did excellent work around the chimney. I was really impressed with their attention to detail on the roof which is why I was so disappointed when it came to the gutters. The roofing and gutter crews don't work together. The gutter crew mangled a brand new drip edge and used sheet metal screws instead of rivets in permanent junctions. They cut corners short, then put screws sticking up in the middle of the gutter and covered everything with a mound of caulk. I was also surprised that management was ok with leaving their work like that when I complained. They came back and covered the corner with a splash guard but left all the caulk and screws in the corner. I was told all of their gutters look like that, and that was where we left it.
Marcus and his crew did an amazing job. Arrived early, walked me thru the plan and got to work. I really appreciate their integrity and honesty even when things did not go to the original plan this team went out of their way to make it right.
Midwest Roofing just completed the installation of my new roof, and my experience with them was a real pleasure. From my first contact to the final completed project, everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful and supportive. I want to give a shout out to Drew, my sales rep, who walked me through every step, answered all my questions and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Taylor was my contact person for scheduling material deliveries and keeping me informed about work schedules and weather delays. She was very helpful and also patient when dealing with the rainy weather. Derek, who was the Supervisor and in charge of overseeing the roof installation was so helpful throughout. He and his crew worked very hard to make sure that the final project was perfect. They also made cleanup a priority and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Midwest Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roofing experience.
