Employee Jonathan Beaverbones verbally attacked me with physical harm over how many nails go into a shingle for warranty. Owen's Corning clearly states any steep slopes or areas with high wind need 5-6 nails. Jonathan stated he refuses to use more than 4. Check your shingles people. Not a nice guy. I wouldn't want this worker or people who work for a company who cant follow warranty instructions near my house or my community. Complete hot head on a post that wasn't even his.
I just had my roof reshingled and Joel was an absolute pleasure to deal. He came out hours after I called him to give me a quote. He got the job done in 2 days and done an awesome job cleaning up after. He sent me pictures of the job as he was going and even went above and beyond to put my Christmas lights back up. I would highly recommend Lanco roofing to anyone they do a great job !
The entire process was smooth and easy. Great communication which is huge for me, the quote was competitive compared to other quotes we got and there was no surprise costs. They were fast and efficient, got the house done in a day and the garage was finished in half a day. We got photos of the whole process start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof redone.
Contacted Joel for a quote for getting my roof done. Found him very friendly , very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer any question that we had . Never in a rush to get to the next place. Joel and his crew showed up and made sure everything was covered to protect anything around the house. His workmanship was excellent with pictures of work and defects as he worked on roof. Hint that shows he likes to show his work without any short cuts. The pictures were great to see the condition of your roof. Joel and his crew only took two days to complete the job. With that the clean up was excellent which we could not even tell he was there. Our roof looks great and can tell it was done by professionals. Thanks Joel and your crew for the excellent job.
