After receiving estimates from five highly rated roofing companies, I am very pleased that I chose Nomad Roofing for my home’s reroofing project. Their competitive pricing was a plus, but it was Erin’s engineering expertise and the team's professionalism that truly set them apart. The Nomad website offers an excellent educational breakdown of the reroofing process, helping me understand every step. Erin impressed me with her use of a high-tech drone for precise measurements and comprehensive photos, ensuring accuracy and transparency. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail throughout the job. I also appreciated the final inspection and follow-up with additional flashing to keep out determined critters—showing their commitment to go above and beyond. Outstanding work from start to finish. Great experience, very happy with the final product!!!! Highly recommend Nomad. Had a couple of estimates from highly reviewed roofing companies. Nomad replied in a very timely manner. Erin, the estimator was the only one with a drone to inspect the roof. The other company only inspected from street level. Erin did a thorough, detailed inspection, suggested additional venting to the roof in addition to venting above our garage (which I suspected we had always needed, but builder never installed). Also suggested metal valley treatments and drip edge. Even with the additional venting and valleys, their estimate was still in line with the other highly rated roofing company which did not include nor recommend the improvements. Provided a link that showed all the pictures of our roof that she took from the drone, submitted a detailed venting layout along with a very detailed estimate. Ultimately, we went with hail rated shingles. Suvanna was exceptional with communication, timeline updates via texts and email. Responses were quick and detailed. Roofers were excellent and thorough, roof replacement was done in 3 days despite the 30+ daily temps. I cannot express how impressed I am with this company!!! We've had our eaves, garage floor, fence, all redone this summer, all the work was exceptional, but Nomad really surpassed our expectations by a long shot!!! Their attention to detail was awesome, all companies should run like this. I HIGHLY recommend Nomad!!

We had Nomad inspect our roof a few years ago and they said it would be okay for 2-3 years. So, since it had been a few years, we asked them to look at it again and they recommended we replace the shingles. So we got them to do that. They were professional and friendly throughout the process. The installers waved to my son as we walked past. They were responsive to inquiries and allowed us to customize our package. The shingles arrived one day and then the installers came a couple days later. They were done in an afternoon. I would recommend them to friends and family.
