Ace 1 Quality Roofing

After the snowstorm we had last week we needed roof repairs done quickly and Ace 1 Quality Roofing delivered. Their team was fast to respond, professional, and got the repairs completed efficiently. They explained everything clearly and left the site clean. Great roofing service in St. Catharines—highly recommend!

I spent a lot of time collecting RFQs for the roofing and siding work on my addition, and Ace 1 Quality Roofing stood out immediately. From the start, Dan was completely transparent about materials, methods, pricing, and quality. Nothing was vague or glossed over. Because this wasn’t a straightforward roof, he took the time to walk through the scope in detail so there would be no surprises, add-ons, or upcharges later. His pricing was fair and clear. The install itself was scheduled during poor weather, with framing crews still on site. The risk of exposing the interior of the house was high. Dan’s crew arrived fully prepared and coordinated seamlessly with the framers so exposure was kept to an absolute minimum. The roof went on smoothly, looked great, and every detail was addressed properly. Fast forward two months. This winter has been brutal, and ice damming is affecting nearly every home in my neighbourhood. While I was still in the process of installing insulation and vapour barrier, a small leak appeared overnight. I called Dan, and he showed up first thing the next morning. He immediately identified and addressed the issue—apologizing, even though the cause was not his materials, workmanship, or installation. It was the result of extreme ice damming in a congested roof area and my own delay in completing insulation. Despite that, he cleared the problem and walked me through several preventative solutions to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. That level of response was above and beyond what was required, and it says a lot about how Ace 1 operates. This industry has no shortage of potential problems. I’m confident Ace 1 Quality Roofing isn’t one of them. Dan and his crew stand behind their work, offer customized solutions, and remain transparent from start to finish. Their reputation clearly matters to them—and it shows. Thank you, Dan, and the entire Ace 1 team
