They were here on time for the job and to the shock of all the neighbors and ourselves they took off the old roof, repaired & replaced all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves very well. After twenty years in Utah, I can finally say I found a contracting company that I can rave about. Pierce Roofing sent Chandler their roofing consultant to give me a bid. What he DID NOT do is give me a list of baloney. I asked for a bid on what a previous contractor, CROOK, well-known in the area, charged me.. to the tune of $1000. But never fixed, actually, his people made the leaking worse. Chandler gave me three bids: replace the underlayment under my roof tiles, repair both leaks, or only the current leak. I chose repair both leaks. His crew arrived and worked in REALLY COLD conditions for two days. When the job was finished, the cleanup was impressive and done quickly. I want to add that Chandler sent me photos before and during the work. Thank you all at Pierce Roofing for a job well done.

I live in Las Vegas Nevada. We have had family property with a cabin up in Utah for 20 years and when I had gone up there to inspect since it had been about three years due to a parental health condition, I went up there to inspect. I noticed that there was a panel of the metal roof that come up that was Flying around, which could possibly cause more damage. I was looking up some contractors and I came across Pierce Roofing and siding. I received a phone call from Mason Bledsoe very nice gentleman very helpful. Informative explained their process what they do how they handle everything and very upfront with the pricing and cost no surprise amount at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend Pierce Roofing and Siding, and the go to person i would ask for would be Mason. Very nice gentleman very helpful.
