They were professional, organized, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project. They also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly once the work was completed, leaving our property looking great. What really stood out was how closely they worked with our insurance company and made sure we were able to get the maximum amount of work done within what the insurance covered, which was a huge help. Chris Counts was our project manager, and he did an amazing job. With such a large insurance claim and so many details we didn’t fully understand, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without him. He stepped in, guided us through the entire process, and took so much stress off our shoulders. His communication and support made all the difference. Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with - transparent every step of the way and made working with insurance extremely easy. Roofing team was incredible, finishing our fairly large home and garage in just two days even in rough weather. Conner Roofing recently completed the shingles and flat roof on my building. Rob and Aaron were thorough in the bidding process and even completed multiple visits to get an understanding of the work that needed to be completed based on the old roof not being installed properly. I only completed the roof, but in the upcoming years, I'll definitely be using Conner Roofing to replace the gutters! As with everything, there were a couple of hiccups along the way with the 4 days of installation, but Conner Roofing finished strong and I am very satisfied with the work that was completed.
