I worked with Randy who was very professional and made this a very positive experience. He answered all my questions and kept in close contact till the job was complete. The cleanup was phenomenal and can't wait for the siding to be done in the spring. No doubt I will use them again and recommended them to several people/family.
Everyone, Ben, Neil (sp) and crew, Chris were awesome to work with for our roof replacement. Ben worked really hard with our insurance to try and get coverage. Work was done in a day and grateful to be able to squeeze in at end of season! Wonderful to have a new, sharp-looking, high-quality, and up to code roof before winter. Wonderful!! Great service, Chris listened to all of lists of wants for our roofing and siding and made them all happen!! We appreciate their commitment to doing the best for their customers! Roofing crew worked hard all day, only stopping for lunch. They even brought my Chewy box with the dog food up because FedEx couldn't get to the door. They did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional. They cleaned up perfectly too.
Was our first summer in our new house and we noticed large pooling of water near the house with all the rain we got this past spring. Called Archer and their salesman Nick was on the scene the next day assessing the area and taking measurements. He was very informative as was everyone at Archer who helped us get our new downspout and rain diverter in a timely matter to make sure the rain water stays away from our house. Thank you so much Nick and everyone else at Archer! Highly recommend.
