Shoddy, rushed, haphazard workmanship. Bad cuts. Numerous randomly placed nails. Hammer dents in the facia. When brought to the attention of management I was told “it could have been cleaned up with the cuts but nothing that wouldn’t SUFFICE”. So basically they don’t try to do the best job they can for customers, they do just enough to get buy, or “suffice”. Admittedly I was slow reporting this concern since we moved in last July. I was busy with other priorities. However this was less than a year after the job was completed, and was actually pointed out by one of their own employees who came out to look at a different roofing issue by them.
Can't say enough about Apple Roofing and their crews! Jonathan Reese was our go to guy! He helped us to understand all the paperwork from Insurance and explained what our costs were and what all was being done. He was here to check on the crews working here. Inspecting the roof and answering all the questions we had. We were so amazed at their professionalism, dedication to the work, answering all of our questions patiently. The crews were great. They cleaned up completely and while one crew was working tearing off shingles on the house the others were working on our separate garage and a building that was damaged. They were hardly ever off the roofs. If they took a break, they traded out. Someone was always working. We told Jonathan how much we respected him and the company's work ethics. They replaced some siding in our house and garage. We had to hire some other company to do our windows. We would highly recommend Jonathan Reese, Apple Roofing and their crews to do any work we needed done! AAA+ rating for Jonathan and the company. We've never had a more reliable person, company nor crew. We are 100% totally convinced that we would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
We had our roof installed after the tornado’s ripped thru here. We received excellent service from Apple Roofing and especially their representative Jonathan Reese. Would recommend hiring them.
I would highly recommend Apple Roofing to my friends and family. Brody Roach provided an honest and thorough inspection. No damage here, but will be calling him when the next storm hits!
First and foremost., my insurance company recommended Apple Roofing. If you have a flat roof I strongly recommend you DO NOT HIRE APPLE ROOFING. I have nail pops throughout my house. It will cost me close to $2,500.00 to repair. Apple contract clearly states that they are not responsible for nail pops. I had my roof replaced 12 years ago by a local company and NO NAIL POPS. So I come to this conclusion. Some roofing companies know what their doing and some dont. APPLE ROOFING DONT. Once Apple started the job, they notice that the wood was coming up with the roofing material. The foreman suggest they just apply the new roofing material over the old and seal it. I said no.Replace all the wood and I'll cover the entire cost. A $3,100.00 cost. There were some communications issues, such as following up with insurance company about nail pops. They never contact me on the possibility that the insurance company would cover it. This roofing job exposed my home insurance company willingness to go cheap instead of quality. After 22 years I wont renew my home owner's insurance with my current company.
