When our roof was damaged in last May's storms, we contacted Justin Hoffman with Donovan Roofing and it was the best decision. Justin worked with us through the entire process...from assessing the damage and giving his honest opinion of if we should move forward with a claim (we did), to meeting with the insurance adjuster, picking out our new shingles and finally, overseeing the completion of the new roof. Justin took the anxiety out of the process, was always available for questions and communicated every update. I have zero complaints and would contact Justin in the future without hesitation.

I'm not the kind of person that likes to brag on people, but I will make an exception for Donovan Roofing & Construction. From the very start Justin met with me for an inspection and estimate of the damages from a bad Hail storm. He walked me through the process and was patient with me as I had many questions. After we had made the decision to have Donovan replace the roof for us, after getting several estimates, Justin made sure that I was updated on the timeline of when work will be started and completed. Everything that was promised was completed in a timely manner and looking great. Justin helped me with picking out the color the shingles and I was very happy with the color combination. I would not hesitate to employ Donovan Roofing for any future repairs.
