Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise the roofing work, and one commends the professionalism of a staff member. A homeowner describes a quick inspection of the house and garage roofs after hail and help submitting an insurance claim; another appreciated clear notice before the crew arrived. One customer reports siding began falling off after installation and says repeat requests for a promised repair went unanswered.

Do NOT use them! They are a scam. The siding they put on has been falling off since they put it up. We've called and no one will come out to fix it. They say they will but they don't! We've had no storms or any reason for it to fall off other than poor craftsmanship. I've included 3 photos but there's more. It's awful!

When Javier came to my home after a major tornado, I expected the same sale pitch I had already heard from other roofing companies. Instead, he listened carefully to my concerns and personally followed up to reassure me that his company’s work would be top-notch. His professionalism truly stood out. Thanks Javier.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during a roof replacement?

It starts with an inspection of the roof surface, flashing, ventilation and attic. After material selection, the process covers permitting and scheduling, site protection and tear-off, installation, cleanup, and a final quality check with warranty review.

What does the workmanship warranty cover?

The company says its five-year new-roof workmanship warranty covers material defects and installation errors, including leaks caused by faulty workmanship.

How are emergency roof repairs handled?

Emergency work may begin with temporary patching, securing loose roofing components, or protective coverings to reduce water intrusion while a long-term repair plan is prepared.

How long can a small roof repair take?

Timing depends on the size and complexity of the problem and the weather. Many small to medium repairs can be completed in a single visit once materials are ready.
