I cannot say enough good things about Caleb Cox and Phoenix Roofing. After spending nearly a year working with another well-known company, Double J Roofing, I ultimately decided to make a change—and I’m so glad I did.

Caleb had actually stopped by my home over a year earlier while working with another company and left his card. When I finally reached out to him, he immediately remembered my house and the situation I had been dealing with. That level of attentiveness and follow-through truly stood out to me and set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience.

From the very beginning, Caleb’s customer service was outstanding. He communicated directly with State Farm—who can be difficult to work with on roofing claims—and within just a few days, my insurance checks were already at my door. He made the entire process simple and stress-free by clearly explaining what needed to happen and handling the coordination himself.

Even more impressive, the entire project was completed within two weeks. The crew did excellent work, kept the job site extremely clean, and went above and beyond by even helping repair a broken gate at my home.

Caleb is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would ?????. I sincerely hope Phoenix Roofing continues to grow and thrive. I will definitely be calling Caleb again for any future roofing needs—and if he ever expands into general contracting, he will be my first call for that as well. Highly recommend.

Caleb got all of the materials very quickly and the crew was very hard working and didn’t waste any time getting the roof off and the new one back on. They also did a great job on the roof and the gutters and we like the color of the roof that we picked out. We referred our neighbors to Phoenix Roofing and they just had Phoenix replace their roof and gutters as well. We are very pleased with the outcome and professionalism.
