I recently hired Trusted Roofing Exteriors for my roofing project which included a new TPO roof, shingles, and tuckpointing. Their communication was unparalleled compared to the other roofers that I talked to. They helped me search for tree trimming companies to take care of some limbs before the project. The work went smoothly. The price was competitive. Daryl, Danielle, and all the workers that came out took very good care of me and I can’t thank them enough. Should I ever have more roofing needs, they will be the first people I call.

I’d give zero if there was an options too! Extremely poor communication during the bidding process. Only communication via email. Using a call center to filter calls. I had questions before committing to the project. Instead of communicating, they canceled the contract citing lack of materials. After a pressure sales tactic the week before to get it scheduled quickly and saying the color I had selected was low stock. Contract signer be ware.

After the last storm, we noticed a small leak in our living room ceiling. I called this roofing contractor and they came out the same day to inspect the roof. They explained the issue clearly and repaired the damaged shingles quickly. The roof looks great now and we haven't had any leaks since.
