BC American replaced the roof on my mom's house and a neighbor's house, and both were pleased with the quality of work. But, I always go into a project of this size (roof replacement) with some caution and skepticism. Tyler, Joy and Andrew were very responsive when I contacted BC American for possible roof replacement. The process of selecting a new roof product, the contract for services, scheduling, etc.. all went seamlessly. BC American completed the work on schedule and on budget. They were very professional throughout the process. We had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.
BC American Roofing did a full reroof for us in March 2024, and we had leaks within months. Each “repair” made things worse—stucco damage, sloppy flashing, and repeated leaks. By August 2025, after multiple failed fixes and Andrew refusing to take accountability, we hired an independent inspector who found major defects and code violations. Now we’re facing a full reroof, stucco repairs, and microbial remediation. Poor workmanship and zero accountability—avoid this company.*Edited in response to owner’s reply: we refused to let his company come out to do anymore repairs after the third failed repair only caused additional damage (pictured). We instead insisted he pay for a contractor of our choice to come out. To which he responded that he should have charged is for the three repair attempts and cc’d legal counsel.His own crew determined their original stucco damage was not the source of the leak.
