I had a very pleasant experience with Signature Exteriors and would highly recommend them for any siding project! From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their team was super helpful and professional. Bob patiently stepped me through every part of the process, showing me pictures of exactly what work they would be doing on my house. He even made a 3D rendering of my house with the new siding color to help me visualize how it would look – that really helped solidify that I was working with the right people here! With the color of the siding being such a big decision, it was nice to be able to see what it would look like before committing. Throughout the whole process they were readily available to answer all my questions, no matter how small, and they kept me up to speed on where we were at in the project planning. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they started the project after the paperwork was finalized. The entire siding project was completed within a week, which included the residing of the full house and a detached garage. They did excellent work – its like I have a whole new house! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole team and the work they completed for me.

Signature/Vinylume installed a new roof and vinyl siding on our home. Bob Brown met with my wife and I and explained several available styles and colors, which he provided a digital representation of our home on his computer.
He assisted in helping us select the right siding and trim that met our desire. Bob Mateusiak was the project manager who visited the site everyday to ensure the crew knew exactly what to do. Bob Mateusiak was attentive to my wife’s questions and needs every step of the process.
He knew how important it was to ensure she was happy. For me, the roofing and siding crews were exceptional. The quality of their work was obvious. They also respected the property and cleaned up every day before leaving. There is a noticeable difference in Vinylume’s quality of my home compared to other homes. It’s their attention to detail that separates Vinylume from other companies.

Old houses can be soul crushing and our 1925 colonial is just that. Using Signature Exteriors was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We did our homework, collected a half dozen quotes, and knew we found our solution from the minute we met Bob. He went above and beyond, was patient and detailed, helped us find the payment plan that would work best for us, and delivered on all benchmarks and milestones. The men who completed the work were absolute work horses- always on time, put in long days, and went over all the work done at the end of each day. I’m so thrilled with the quality and service. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Edit: we had some issues after the work was done, nothing major but needed to be addressed. They came right out, twice, and resolved everything. Excellent care and customer service!
