We are truly pleased with the work done at our house! Pitch Perfect stayed in touch with us throughout the process; was friendly and professional throughout the bidding and work processes; and the work was done extremely professionally and in a timely fashion. The guys showed up on time, worked hard with few breaks, and cleaned up completely after the job. The prices were excellent (we paid for a new garage roof, guttering on the garage and our house, and some interior repair work for damages related to the previous guttering).

We recently purchased a 250 year old house with a standing seam metal roof that is probably 75-80 years old. It had last been painted more than 6 years ago, and was in need of a new coat. Pitch Perfect was responsive in providing an estimate, patient as I explored options, and, when I was ready to move forward, expeditious in completing the work. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, and with the pleasant, good humored, hard-working team that did the painting. It looks great, and next time I need any roofing, siding or other projects, Pitch Perfect will be at the top of the list to call.

The recent windstorms blew several shingles off my detached garage causing a leaking roof (threatening the finished area of the main floor), and Pitch Perfect Roofing met and exceeded every expectation I set. Eddie was the first person to come out and give me an estimate AND offered to temporarily cover the area until I could get all my estimates and schedule the replacement. After multiple estimates, Pitch Perfect was not only the lowest but was able to fit me into their schedule sooner than estimated. They completed the job in no time, explained everything as it was happening, and left the work area in better/cleaner condition than they found it. Eddie followed up with me the next day for a final walk around and to go over any questions I had. I would highly recommend Pitch Perfect Roofing for your next roofing project. While I am very pleased with the entire experience, I’m happier that I’m fresh out of roofs that require replacing (Sorry, Eddie)! ??

WOW!! This is one home improvement company that does not disappoint on any level. From first estimate to final install, the service and performance was top-notched. Standing seam roofs are an investment, so naturally we did our homework before selecting contractors to bid on our home. For 3 years, I kept Pitch Perfect and a couple of other highly-reputed companies on my phone for when we were ready to take the plunge. After receiving estimates, this company came out on top. (Remember that roofing metal, and even shingles, are sourced by a limited number of manufacturers in the US with warranties...so the key is choosing the right installer who also supplies an installation warranty!) One other company (initials WAL) was slow to respond and nearly double the estimate! (They obviously only want commercial/big jobs.) The other company (initials VR) was overly-focused on company swag, sending a "sales rep" to present the estimate and give a spiel...such a HUGE waste of time (and creates big overhead) in a digital age -- it's no wonder they were also substantially higher in their estimate. We were a tiny bit worried about the estimate discrepancies...but turns out that was silly -- we shouldn't have! Eddie's team was top notch AND experienced. (They are his own crews, btw, too.) They actually show up on time, work, take lunch and work. Hard working guys who cleaned up the job site EVERY day, were careful with surrounding landscaping and actually asked about playing music! Considerate and hard working??!! Pitch Perfect sends estimated & invoices electronically -- they streamline their business transactions, but yet are responsive to customer concerns. We've never been happier with a contractor. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful. If you need a new roof & live in Charlottesville's surrounds or The Valley, you're wasting your time looking elsewhere -- Pitch Perfect Roofing is, well, absolutely perfect in our opinion.
