In a day and age where it is difficult to find contractor specialists who care about their work and reputation, Jesse and his team at Frontline are a standout. Not only are they professional, courteous, and go the extra mile but, everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with in our roof fiasco has been just an incredible human being as well. The Company's integration of technology and systems also sets them a part making the quoting, payments, ticketing, and service experience a breeze. We took our time to shop around and met with several companies in advance of signing a contract. All I can say is with the Frontline team, you get what you pay for and more. Frontline Roofing responded to my urgent online request for icicle and ice dam removal within one hour. They were able to start the removal process the very same day which was incredibly reassuring given the situation. Communication was excellent, calls and texts were always available whenever I had questions. Jesse, Vince and the rest of the team did an outstanding job. Excellent work and incredible customer centred service were truly exceptional.
When Isiah came out to do the estimate he went up on the roof and took lots of pictures to show what needed to be done. I was very impressed when he called later that day and told me I did not need a new roof just some repairs which was fantastic. The other companies just sent me an estimate not mentioning the roof was still in good condition. As a result of this, I opted to have the eavestrough, fascia and soffits done.Isiah and his team were great. Arrived at the time given and they keep the area around the house tidy all day. Most of the work was done in one day and just a couple of things were finished the next day. I was extremely pleased with the crew.We have had a couple of good rains since this was done and I am very pleased that everything is working as expected.Definitely going to call Frontline Roofing in a couple of years to do the siding.Thank you Isiah and team for doing such a great job.
I'd just like to start by saying that the team at Frontline are very professional, and explain in detail the work to be done. They had to reschedule a few times due to unforseen circumstances (understandable) but kept me informed. I had requested to have polar blocks installed on my metal roof to "stop the landslide". I was told how this would happen and how long, one day. Done. Isiah did the job personally, and he did a wonderful job. I hired frontline to completely reframe, sheet and shingle my roof, I also had them add vents and repair and replace the eaves. Isiah, Tyler and the rest of the crew did a great job, they made sure to keep me update daily with their progress and even included progress photos from start to finish. Quality work and good prices.They may be difficult to get in contact with at times but it is worth the wait.Frontline staff are very knowledgeable and experienced at what they do, I would highly recommend them.
