Had my roof done about 14 years ago. Was happy. All seemed good. No issues. Fast forward to about 18 months ago. A vent was leaking water into my attic. They can and repaired and kindly offered to replace it for no cost. I had fully assumed I would pay given the time that had passed. They never followed through with replacing the vent. Tried to follow up and left messages. Never called back. The repair held for about a year and I heard water again. Called few times. Snow had started. They finally responded and said well because snow they couldn’t really do it. But said they’d stop by while we were away. Was pretty sure they wouldn’t. March 2026 now. First warm day and can hear water again. After a few calls and leaving a message. Ben finally answered. I was informing him of the leak again and again he said snow. But I was calling to let him know another roofing company was coming tomorrow, even with all the snow on the roof, to help me. I will never deal with or recommend them again. Unfortunate because job originally seemed good. But follow up care does not exist.
Ben and his crew were excellent! The guys were all nice and kept us in the loop. If I had questions; the one guy who seemed to be in charge would take the time to explain to me. The crew was large so the job was done quickly. We had an issue with the structure of one area of the roof (old home, and had some rotting in one spot that they were shocked hadn’t collapsed yet); they sent us photos and made a suggestion. Then quoted the job promptly. Once we accepted, they sent someone to get the additional materials and it didn’t seem to slow production, despite the added pretty big job. They had to re support and change out some of the roof trusses, change the plywood in that area, add air baffles and re insulate! It’s not fun to add to the budget with unexpected things but we knew they came in fair and we knew it had to be done. And we are thankful they caught it, so it didn’t cause issues down the line. We’re so happy it’s “done right!” ;)When they were leaving, they had room in their dump trailer and offered to take some of our garbage (old siding in a pile) with them. They even loaded it. Work ethic A+.
RDR re-shingled my house 8 years ago. They did such a great job that I new I had to have Ben and his team back to shingle my new garage.With the rainy weather over the last couple weeks, they found time whenever it wasn’t raining to get it DONE RIGHT. Great cleanup too!
Roofing Done Right did our roof let week and we are so pleased with their work. A group of about 8 workers showed up at 8:00 am and by 2:00 they were cleaned up and gone. Except for the new roof you’d never know they had been here. A great group of guys, they were friendly, professional, did a great job on the roof and cleaned up after themselves. Great price too! Thanks Ben and crew for a great experience!
This is hands-down the easiest review I've ever written. From start to finish Ben and Kaily were amazing to deal with. They were very responsive during the quoting process and that service continued right through till the job was complete. All staff involved with our install were all very professional and polite as I had stopped in at home during the day. Once the roof was installed they spent a great deal of time making sure everything was spotless before leaving. We can't thank you all enough for a job WELL DONE!!
