Sunnyvale Roof Repair

Matthew and the roofing crew were outstanding to work with. From the first call about our insurance claim through the final installation of our new roof and gutter system, communication was clear, quick, and professional. Any small concern that came up was handled right away, and Matthew stayed in touch with us and the roofers to make sure everything moved along smoothly. They said from the start that they would go above and beyond, and they truly delivered that kind of white-glove roofing service. The team explained the roofing process well, kept the job site clean, and made sure the materials and finished work looked great for our home in Sunnyvale. We are very happy with how the new roof and gutters turned out and really appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and first-class service from the whole crew.

I needed a roof replacement, and at first my insurance would only cover new shingles. I contacted another roofing company first, but they were not interested in a smaller roofing job. Then I found a roofer who treated me with respect from the very first call through the final cleanup. They were ready to help right away, and no roofing repair or replacement job felt too small to them. Later, I was approved for a full roof replacement. I worked with Ross, and he made the whole process simple and smooth. From our first conversation, I felt I could trust him. Ross answered all my questions clearly, explained the roofing work in plain language, and was honest the entire time. The crew finished the roof work on schedule and did a great job cleaning up afterward. They replaced my roof, rebuilt the chimney area, and installed matching siding. I really appreciated the care they took to match the siding to the rest of my home so everything looked clean and consistent. The workmanship was excellent, and the new roof looks strong, well-installed, and built to last. If you need a trustworthy roofing company for roof replacement, chimney repair, or siding work, I highly recommend them.

We couldn’t be happier with our roofing experience from start to finish. The team was very responsive, which is rare with many contractors. We had a serious roof leak during the rainy season, and Herbert came out quickly to inspect everything. He walked us through the roofing issues, explained the damaged areas in simple terms, and made it clear what repairs were needed and why. The leak was brought under control right away, and the main roof repair was scheduled and completed promptly. The crew did thorough, high-quality work, and Herbert stayed involved throughout the process to make sure everything was done properly the first time. We also needed some interior repairs after the leak, and that follow-up work was handled quickly and professionally. Their knowledge of roofing, attention to detail, and clear communication really stood out. The whole process felt organized and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone in Sunnyvale who needs roof repair, leak detection, flashing work, or general roofing services. Professional, polite, dependable, and excellent from beginning to end.

This roofing company was professional from start to finish. When I first reached out about my roofing issue, Brendan responded quickly and was both friendly and attentive. He took detailed photos of the damaged area and sent me a fair estimate online the same day. I stopped by the office and interacted with Ross at the front desk, who was welcoming and helpful. The roofing crew, Matthew and Ross, showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work on the roof repair. Even though my repair job wasn’t very large, they treated it with care and made me feel valued as a customer. The whole team was polite and thorough, and the process was easy and straightforward. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of roofing services.

This roofing company really stands out for their honesty and dedication to excellent work. I needed a new roof on my 4,000 square foot house, along with new copper gutters, flashing, and downspouts. Even my shed needed a new roof. From the start, everything the team told me was accurate and they followed through on every promise. Brendan and the crew are very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled when it comes to roofing. If you’re considering a new roof or need repairs, I highly recommend choosing this team. Quality work truly makes a difference and will last long after the job is done.
