Scott and Corey were great to deal with. Scott was super responsive right off the bat with a thorough inspection of roof and timely quote. Scheduling was a breeze and constant check ins on if we had decided on a shingle color was appreciated.Day of Corey was there right on time with crew. I had 7 skylights to replace and one was damaged by supplier so they had to come finish up second day. Communicated it immediately and kept us in the loop right along. Was able to get us back a few bucks on an additional siding/fascia repair and appreciated how they prepared for worst case scenario so it wouldn't be more expensive on roof day.Hard working crew who was there almost 12 hours and finished up the second day by just after lunch. Dumpster pick up came moment's after they left and it was like no one was there. Deck, yard, cleanup was great.All the 5 star reviews are well deserved. Don't be skeptical. They do a great job and stand out above the rest.
We were looking for someone to replace our roof. While our tin roof was only 12 years, whoever installed it, didn’t do it properly so we were dealing with popped screws and leaks. Scott, Corey and team were amazing! Right from our initial contact with them, they were professional and aimed for exceptional customer service. The quote was right in line with two others we received but because of how responsive they were, we chose them.Scheduling was easy. They kept us up to date on their schedule, and called us a week out and the day before. Corey showed up right on schedule and no time was wasted. They ended up having to replace over 30 sheets of plywood! Even they said they never imagined it was that bad! The roof was replaced and cleanup complete in just over half of a day.The following morning, Scott came to do a final inspection and 2nd sweep for screws.We highly recommend this local family business!
Shane, Scott, Corey and their team were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had the very old roofs of a boathouse and cabana replaced and we can’t say enough about the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of each member of the team. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship for the entire project was exemplary, including the plywood needs, tongue and groove replacements, and the cupola top. They were timely from beginning to end, including the final inspection. Their clean up was perfect. We will definitely refer friends and family who are in need of roofing projects!!

Dynasty simplified the process. There is no way to convey such an important choice in a short review. We in our haste almost chose a different larger company that heavily advertises locally & it would have been a very big mistake for us. Never did we realize how complicated a roof is & how much work/coordination is actually involved. We chose & trusted Dynasty with the owner on the jobsite.This review is a proud Testament to the correct choice that we made. The details of the entire process & that we have no regrets, none whatsoever, on our 50 year warranty roof, a roof that's going to last possibly beyond my lifetime, as I am 60 years old next year.I found Dynasty when I saw them on another jobsite in early June of 2024. I stopped & observed them complete a roof & I was very impressed. I asked the foreman who ended up being one of the owners named Corey about my roof in the next town. Corey said I'm available right now to go inspect & give you a quote on your home. After a full day on that roof/job site, Corey the owner went directly to my house & thoroughly inspected our roof. That evening I received a quote with photos of our roof & our crawl space, the issues needing attention & positive discoveries like no mold, no rot was found in crawl space. The roof later was booked by the other owner, his brother Scott. Our roof was completed exactly as quoted a few weeks later.The evaluating, inspection & quoting process of our roof by the 2 brother owners Corey & Scott, was quick, detailed, effecient & thorough. Once we agreed, the date was set & coordinated with great communication. The crew & owner arrived prompt & completed our roof the same day exactly as stated. Both owners were always available by phone before & afterward for questions. If they were on another job they always called back later, never a salesman or a secretary.The crew was professional, respectful & most courteous, working together like bees or army ants, removing our double roof quickly, without damaging the structure or our shrubbery. They quickly replaced our damaged plywood that was revealed once roof was removed. The owner Corey was on our roof working alongside his crew, seamlessly directing his crew like a Captain guiding his Ship & Crew in incredible efficient coordination. (It can only be truly appreciated by watching the whole process in time lapse)I'm Retired from the US Army. Afterward I then spent a decade overseas at a US Navy Base. Corey & his crew worked together in ways that I've only seen the US Army Corps of Engineers or US Navy Seabees do in communicating, ferrying tools, coordinating supplies, moving materials. Safety was paramount & speed was efficient without jeopardizing safety. The crew broke for a quiet lunch & shortly they were right back at work. Only in the US Military have I ever seen a crew work together so seamless & efficient as a team, on the task at hand. Dynasty also gave me a Military Discount for serving Our Country.Once the roof was completed our yard was spotless: no debris & no nails. Owner Scott afterward went through our yard with a magnet to ensure not even 1 nail on ground. Our neighbors raved how nice the roof looks. Not just one neighbor, every neighbor around our house came to our yard & made positive comments.This roof was done on our home that we are selling. Our new house we also need a roof too & are having Dynasty do that roof as well. We would never trust anyone else to do the work but Corey & Scott at Dynasty Roofing!
