Last spring, April 2025, DHT Construction installed a new roof on our manufactured home. From the first conversation with the company owner, Curtis, to the roof completion, every detail and issue was properly explained, discussed, and completed to our satisfaction. Our number one priority was not about financial economics, but about a high quality roof which we can depend upon for many years into the future. DHT Construction definitely fulfilled our priorities and expectations. Now, December 2025, and already experiencing an extremely wet winter season, we are confident we have a new roof which will withstand the many Western Washington winters to come.
I was clear across the country when the wind storm hit. Arriving home two days later, there was a tree lying on my roof. I called DHT Construction and shared my challenge. I called them because 7 years ago they did a great job roofing my house. Bottom line, with a new storm approaching promising rain in my house, DHT found a way to repair the problem before the storm hit.There are many roofing companies out there to choose from. I needed my roof and skylight replaced. Curtis and his crew were awesome. Curtis is very hands on and let me know what he found during the whole process. Out of all the people I got bids from he was the only one who spent a considerable amount of time on the roof during our initial consultation. His crew worked tirelessly and without breaks and got the job done in a day and a half. I will certainly consider hiring Curtis for other exterior projects and highly recommend him and his company
We were having leaks in our roof, and I asked a friend, and he recommended DHT. I called a couple of companies, and one of them was DHT Construction and Roofing. This company is so very outstanding. Their thoroughness is unmatched. When Curtis came to inspect my roof, he was here for almost an hour. He took pictures of everything and sent them to me, detailing the problems with my roof. By comparison, another Roofing company was here for 20 minutes, and gave me a quote, just off the top of his head. Not Curtis. After the inspection, we scheduled a time for him to come back and give me a quote. That time, he gave me many options and explained everything in detail. The work took about a week, but they did such an excellent job. After the work was complete, Curtis came back and we went up on the roof for a thorough inspection. I am highly impressed by the integrity and honesty of this company. I am so happy I selected DHT Roofing and I highly recommend this company.
We just had our new roof completed and our home looks new and it’s 70 years old. We are so pleased. We had used DHT for the reroof of our garage, we were pleased and reached out to Curtis for a quote on the house. We chose the highest quality suggestion and went with new gutters and covers as well. I believe a neighbor is going to use their services as I saw him at their home yesterday and he asked questions after ours was completed.
