The IBEX team, from initial assessment by Whitney, to David K both crawling deeply into the attic and on the roof, was truly comforting to work with. The decision to replace roof was workable based on their thoughtful and accurate information. Once I began arranging things, I got to work with Project Manager Jeff B who truly demonstrated consistency, integrity and enjoyable to work with! He adjusted scheduling to accommodate the situations and thoroughly answered all my many questions. Then there was the remarkable crew who did the actual work. Everything was timely, high quality work and also highly skilled and efficient. Thank you all. onward we go adding the solar panels back on the roof next. The 20 year warranty on roof is truly welcome.
Joey introduced us to Ibex Roofing while Project manager Taylor and her team did an absolutely amazing job installing the new roof! The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and definitely safety oriented! Taylor's team tore off the roof and started reinstallation in one and a half days. They checked regularly for nails and other pieces of fallen roof cleaning up the area extremely well. Polite efficient knowledgeable, we would love to work with these people again!
I can't say enough good about Ibex! From start to finish, Ibex was professional and customer-oriented. Luke's bid was comprehensive and he took time to answer all my many questions - I mean, it's not like you get a new roof every year. Most of us will only ever have to do it once or twice in our lives so it's important we understand what's going on.Luke found things that all the other companies missed. So even though Ibex's bid was more, I'm confident it was competitive. The other companies would either have never done such a thorough job, possibly costing me money, damage, and stress later. Or, the others would have started the job at the lower price then constantly had to tell me about this or that which would have increased the final price to what I paid Ibex. That strategy always feels somewhat shady to me. Ibex was straight up - we're going to take our time, really evaluate, and the only thing we can't predict is the # of sheets of plywood because we can't pull things up to see how much has to be replaced. Understood.They offer an amazing workmanship warranty - 20 years! Which, after almost 9 years of babying along an aging roof and paying here and there to patch, I feel so relieved that I won't have to mess with this ever again for the rest of the time I live here.The project was seamlessly handed off to Taylor and her crew. She prepped me, told me what to expect, double-checked everything ahead of time. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled, and we were lucky in the weather given it's January. They finished in 2 days - none of this "we're going to stop and leave you hanging while we take care of someone else" nonsense that some contractors do. One day to tear off, one day to replace. Then Taylor came back, did a walk-through, answered last few questions, and sent me pictures and all the paperwork.Ibex offers financing options as well, which really relieved so much stress on me and they made it super-easy to access.From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, professional, and with great communication. I couldn't be more grateful. This is a level of customer service I thought just didn't exist anymore.
