Great experience! William's Roofing went above and beyond from start to finish. To begin with, they were very responsive, and immediately got back to me. They were able to get me a written quote in the first few days, which was a breath of fresh air because I was still waiting for a quote from a different company that I was supposed to have received two weeks prior.As you can see from the pictures, I have a trailer that had some roofing issues, and Williams Roofing immediately helped me with a tarp until the supplies could come in so he could do my roof. The price was excellent, their communication was perfect, they did the job very quickly, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
Can't say enough great things about this hard working crew! It's tough to do roofing work in the late fall here in Tacoma because of the unpredictable rain, but not only did the crew work through rain, they tarped SUPER well each night to make sure everything stayed dry. William did an excellent job replacing my whole roof. I was in the middle of selling the house and needed it to be done quick and well. William made himself available, came in quickly, and finished the job in 3 days. There were also some areas where the plywood underneath was rotted. He took care of that too. The roof looked great.He also went above and beyond. The buyer wanted a rotting rafter tail to be replaced. He said this wasn't something he ordinarily did but he returned and did it anyway. He also extended his warranty for the buyer on his workmanship. It was clear he could stand by his work. I experienced him as trustworthy, knowledgeable, skilled, and overall, an excellent contractor to deal with. Thanks so much William!
Great team-- did really quality work replacing 100% of the sheeting, shingles, and demo a failing pergola, then finished up with fantastic job cleaning up. I ended up going over all the hard surfaces with a rolling magnet to look for extra fasteners and only caught a single staple.
