I live in a 1938 brick home in Tallahassee’s Los Robles neighborhood, and when Lloyd Roofing Company removed my old roof, they uncovered major issues from the previous installation—large gaps along the brick edge, improperly attached drip edge, and more than 20 boards of rotten decking.None of it was up to code, so additional work was needed to properly rebuild the roof structure. Lloyd roofing completed a roof on our office condo a couple of weeks ago and everything worked our great. The crew started when they said they would and completed the job in 3-4 days. They also installed passive roof vents on the building.
