Larry and I want to thank the great job by the whole crew at Universal Roof and Contracting in Tampa. We were in a rush to get our house reroofed for insurance purposes. We spoke to several people and ended up with three estimates from reputable companies. David Labadze from Universal came out and spent at least an hour and a half explaining the company, the steps to replace the roof and the materials they use. He kindly answered all our questions and explained the warranties, total and deductions (which included a Military discount).
After meeting with and researching all three companies we felt comfortable with Universal. David answered all our questions at anytime.
We were also grateful to have Segura Yordonis as our Project Manager. He came to the house everyday and answered any questions.
The crew did our reroof in one day, and did an amazing job of cleaning up. David and Segura came by the house the next day after the clean up. We were able to get the inspection done, and get our house insurance right away.
We sincerely appreciate all the hard work the staff and crew (including Marissa) at Universal Roof and Contracting did for us.
We would highly recommend them, and we already have. Thank you Universal.

Not a single minute of regret from choosing Universal - professionalism at its best! From the moment David walked into my house and left with my down payment for a new roof, I had peace of mind. David was very knowledgeable about all the materials, the positives and negatives, time frames for completion, etc. He (and Marissa) wasted no time setting up the dates for completion of the job. The next star from this wonderful company was Yordanis Segura, the project manager. He was on the premises and in touch with me for the entire project, checking on the progress, getting inspections done, etc. What an ethical and competent young man!! Last but not least - the crew. Each and every one had a strong work ethic. They worked steadily and took great pride in their work. My roof is black metal and blends beautifully with my shutters and trim. I am so pleased!

I was very pleased and completely satisfied with the work and professionalism of the service I received from the representative (Dave, the onsite supervisor Yordanis, the actual roof laborers, and Marrisa, the final paperwork agent!! They all were GREAT!!
Dave was honest up front and delivered everything he’d promised me. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of my roofing project. Made sure I understood everything that would take place from beginning to end. And answered all my questions and simplified the whole process!! Yordanis really impressed me with his eagerness to get the job done quickly and professionally!! They finished the job in one day!! Outstanding work, and my roof looks great. Received soooo many compliments on their work as pass-byers walked by!! Any concerns I brought to Danis attention, he wasted no time to take care of the situation!! And made sure I was completely satisfied!! The roof laborers were courteous and very respectful. Took precise precautions, not to damage anything in my flower bed. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up!! Even in the dark! I was very impressed by their work ethic!! A superb crew!! And Marrisa handled the final stage like a champ!! She was precise and worked in a timely manner to quickly finish the paperwork so I could close out and quickly move to my next phase with the finance company!! Every phase of my project was superb!! I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!! Sorry for a lengthy review, but was needed!!!!

Great company to work with. I looked thru Angie's list for several companies to get qoutes from and out of the many that I sent to only 4 replied and gave me qoutes.Universal was very professional, starting with David as the estimator that walked me thru what he found when he went up on the roof ( many companies try to give qoutes using drone or Google maps, but David actually got up there and physically checked to get a more definitive qoute and what will be needed.)down to Thomas the GC for the project and his guys. They were constantly communicating with me and the progress of the whole project. The guys that did the work on my roof were very courteous and super hard workers. It was extremely hot those 2 days that they were up there. They protected my yard and all the plants that I have around my house including my a/c system outside. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Project Manager Thomas provided great communication on the schedule, progress, and was in constant contact. The on-site crew was professional, respectful of us and our property and worked from dawn to dark for two days, ending with a thorough cleanup. We highly recommend Universal Roof. They work all over the State.
