What customers say
Customers praise the roofing work: one noted compliments on a new metal roof, and another described the staff as friendly and accommodating. One customer objected to a visit concerning an insurance roof-replacement appointment they said they had never made. Another described a crew whose members did not speak English and a large leak after the full roof job; US Roofing fixed the leak promptly.

Showed up to my house claiming I made an appointment to replace my roof via my insurance. I have never made that claim nor did I ever make an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and intrusive. Clearly states no soliciting as well.

I have to say that US roofing is really cool. I was very reluctant at first, but they did such an awesome job. Everyone was nice, friendly and accommodating. My mom loves what they did, my family and neighbors as well.
Thank you, US roofing. It was great working with you and I look forward to working with you in the future.

9 roofers who didn’t speak English with supervisor speaking English. If he had to say something to them, he had to call another person that was bilingual to tell them. Large leak after full roof job but they did fix it promptly.
