As president and founder, Alan’s leadership clearly reflects throughout the company — in the way projects are managed, how customers are treated, and how his crews operate. The consistency and professionalism from start to finish have made Rocket Roofing a pleasure to work with.

Alan has completed multiple roofing projects for my solar customers across a variety of roof types, and every project has been handled with the same high level of communication, reliability, and follow-through.

One thing that really stands out is the consistency. My husband and I have been clients of Alan’s home inspection company before, and from the very first experience we were beyond impressed. He was extremely thorough, detailed, and provided us with an exceptional, professional home inspection report. Because of the quality of his work, we were able to negotiate a significant buyer credit toward repair costs — he truly saved us a lot of money. That level of integrity and attention to detail is rare.

Fast forward to now — we recently needed our roof certified and immediately thought of Alan at The Rocket Roofing Company. Once again, he did not disappoint. He came out quickly, took his time carefully examining every part of our roof to ensure everything was done correctly, and even got up on both structures to inspect them personally. He documented everything with photos and detailed notes, and within just hours of the inspection, we received a comprehensive approval report.

After explaining the situation He was able to locate the affected area, made recommendations and complete the repairs same day! Edwin showed up on time and was very respectful of the property. Took the time to explain what he was doing and even made sure to clean everything up so the dogs could run around without getting hurt and I could park in the driveway. Rocket Roofing was a referral from a home inspector who completed the home inspection for the purchase of our home. We requested a roofing inspection to be done at the same time. Alan was very nice, professional, and very informative when it came to explaining the maintenance issues that he noticed and needed to be addressed on the roof. I was extremely happy with the inspection experience.

Once escrow closed and we moved into the home, my husband and I decided to move forward with the roofing repairs. I left a message for Rocket Roofing and requested the repairs be completed that were noted on the report. Alan was prompt and got us on the schedule.

Despite there being a slight miscommunication in-house which led to a reschedule for the repairs, Alan and Patrick made things right and got us back on the schedule. It’s companies like this, who take accountability and understand and exemplify what customer service and professionalism is. Call them today!
