I am an insurance agent and this company did work for my client which they neglected to finalized correctly. I called to help my client get a team member out and I apparently when I called I was talking to the “manager.” This lady was extremely unprofessional. Refused to give me a phone number for one of their contractors and then hung up on me. I tried to call back twice after and she just ignored my calls.
