Very knowledgeable about the whole process of dealing with insurance in this case. Our insurance was not the greatest to work with but they worked to get things done. PERFECT! From the first contact to the job completion, my rather small job was treated with the upmost importance. I contacted several companies before beginning the job and SP was by far the most responsive, personable, informative and professional. The crew and the equipment showed up on time. The job was run immediately and smoothly. The clean-up was amazing, and unlike many contractors who do not clean up their work or respect the property, these guys left my home, landscape, etc. just as it was. Like they were not even there! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to get the job done at a fair price and by true professionals. Thanks guys.
I would give it 5 stars had the project gone perfectly smooth, but of course things never do, so I'll settle on 4/5 stars.I had spray foam insulation scheduled for a Wednesday to go in the attic above my garage. While spraying the attic, the spray gun had a seal/valve/gasket fail, and the man handling the spray gun was put into an unfortunate spot and stepped through the ceiling. Of course this was not intentional, and indeed things do happen.From there, I gave the original builders details to SP (all of their contractors are still in the neighborhood on other homes), and SP coordinated the sheetrock patch with the original team that floated the home. Within a day (on Thursday) the hole in the ceiling was patched.I took it upon myself to prime and paint the area, which I did over the weekend.On Monday morning the team returned to the home, paint brush and roller in hand prepared to paint. The joy of not having to paint was written all over the man's face, so without hesitation he got back to work on the spray foam.At this time SP agreed to spray an additional 2 inches of foam over the original agreed upon amount, which I happily accepted.So all in all, it was 5 total days, I did some painting myself, but the team was more than willing to paint had I not done so, and I received additional spray foam for the headache.I am happy with the final product and services provided, but because of the unfortunate circumstances I knocked a star off.
Gary and the team did a spray foam insulation job on a shop building for me. They were very professional, courteous, and responsive. They completed the job on time, got professional results, and left a clean worksite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family or to use their services again
We just recently contacted Mastersson Roofing and Spray Foam about our roof. Bill Potter came out, gave us an estimate, and talked to us about the process. We wanted new shingles (installed properly), and we wanted a ridge vent installed for better air flow. Bill was very helpful, the price was right, and the work was done in a very professional manner. The crew did quality work! We are very pleased with the way things turned out and would recommend Mastersson to anyone needing new shingles on their roof!
