Roof Land is an amazing company to work with. I recently hired Tony to repair my roof/chimney section of the roof with a leak caused by the latest rain storm and here's my review:
1. very skilled team on the job
2. completed the project as promised and on time
3. Tony provided very detailed scope of work
4. I also asked Tony to do an overall maintenance for the entire roof which was done perfectly

Tony and his team were super easy to work with. they showed up on time, explained everything, and kept me updated with pictures. They replaced the broken tiles and used Boral TileSeal underlayment, which gave me a lot of confidence the job was done right.

The roof looks great now and I am really happy with the work, definitely recommend Roof Land!

I don’t normally write a review but if anyone is looking for a good roofing contractor please please, PLEASE read this!

Back in 2013 I wanted a new patio cover and contacted a local company for a quote, specifically asking for a watertight roof. The contract we both signed even states “watertight”, ultimately making the final cost higher. Sadly from the very 1st year it was NEVER watertight, far from it. The only time it was watertight was the drought years when it didn’t rain. Every year I’ve had to contact the contractor to fix it however despite numerous “fixes” over the last 12 years, the roof continued to leak. I finally had enough and decided to hire a roofing contractor myself. Not knowing one I went on Nextdoor and asked for recommendations. Shortly thereafter I received a message from Danielle representing *****Roof Land *****. Danielle advised that Tony Orr, the owner/contractor of Roof Land, would be able to help me and we set up an appt for Tony to come by. The day of, Tony arrived on time, was super friendly and took the time to show me exactly what and where the problems were and what was needed to really fix it. Unfortunately he needed to tear it all apart and install a new roof. I was greatly impressed by his extensive experience and knowledge of products, of which he uses only the highest quality and most efficient/effective materials. Tbh, the dollars signs were racking up in my brain however the quote stunned me at how reasonable it was for what Tony had to do. I didn’t hesitate, I told Tony, “let’s do it!” I gave him a tentative date however a day later Danielle, (his office staff as well as his wife) called me saying Tony was worried because rain was forecasted and he would be willing to set a day aside sooner if I wanted and last week his crew came over and in a day they installed the new patio roof. His crew were so very nice and respectful, for a noisy job they were quiet; no loud music no loud yelling back and forth. Another huge surprise was how they cleaned up when they were finished; I swear the patio was cleaner after they left than what it was before! Never had a contractor leave a work site THAT clean. And the patio roof? It was magnificent! Now I don’t normally get excited about the looks of a patio roof but this one made me happy because it looked quality.

Like I said, I don’t normally write reviews but after 12 years of putting up with a leaking roof and giving too many chances to the contractor who guaranteed a watertight roof, you have no idea how wonderful it was that after raining all night I woke up to a roof that didn’t leak and a dry patio. I had to share with the world how fantastic Tony’s work is. Additionally, Danielle called me this morning to make sure everything was alright with the roof. That’s personal dedication.

I highly recommend Roof Land and Tony Orr if one is looking for a roofing contractor, he is seriously one you can trust and does quality work.

We couldn’t be happier with Roof Land. It’s rare to find a company that is both honest and skilled. They walked us through the entire garage roof project, explained what needed to be fixed, and even showed us photos before and after. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend!!!??????
