Top Roofing Contractors

My parents’ house had been neglected for a long time and was in very poor shape, so the roof replacement was a top priority. I contacted company: Top Roofing Contractors for an estimate on a metal roofing system because we wanted something stronger and lower maintenance than asphalt shingles or other roofing materials. The crew worked hard over several days, even during windy weather, and did an excellent job. They rebuilt the roof with real skill and also fixed the long-time roofline issues that had caused problems for years. The whole house now looks cleaner, stronger, and much better cared for. I have worked with many roofers over the years, and this crew was truly one of the best.

Our experience with Top Roofing Contractors in Thousand Oaks was excellent from beginning to end. Roger helped us right from the first inspection, explained what we should consider for our new roof, and worked with our insurance appraiser to make sure everything was clear. He was present several times while the roofers worked, answering our questions and making sure the job was going smoothly. After the roof was installed, Roger returned to double-check that everything was cleaned up and that we were happy with the results. The roofing installation manager was also fantastic, regularly checking in during the project and showing us pictures of roof damage caused by wind lifting the shingles. The crew was polite, worked carefully around all our plants, and showed real attention to detail. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Thousand Oaks who needs a new roof.

Roger and Marvin were some of the best roofing experts we've ever had the chance to work with. Their whole crew did an outstanding job, from the new roof installation to putting up new gutters and making sure the site was spotless when they finished. They worked fast and always kept us updated on what was happening during the whole project. Roger, who was our project manager, stayed on site during the installation and regularly checked in with us, making sure we were happy with every step and following up afterwards to confirm we loved the final results. They also took care of everything with our insurance company, making the process smooth and hassle-free by providing all the needed information to our adjuster. What really stood out was how honest and straightforward they were—no surprises or last-minute changes, just reliable service delivered right on schedule. We’re very happy with the outcome and highly recommend reaching out to Roger and Marvin if you need a trustworthy and professional roofing company.
