Tyler was amazing from start to finish, there wasn't a beat he missed, from the initial detailed inspection, to thoroughly explaining all of our options, down to helping us decide a color, we had multiple companies stop out, non of them compare to Tyler and SMR, we went from a old red roof to a "desert rose" that matched what we was looking for perfectly

We had a new bathroom installed (everything except the toilet). The sales person who came to our house to help us pick everything out and schedule the installation was great. We were not in a rush, so we told SMR to schedule us whenever was convenient for them. We hired SMR in May and they put us on the schedule for August. We were told it would be a five-day project, and it ended up taking 17 days. On top of that, it wasn’t communicated to us on the fifth day that the project wouldn’t be finished on time. The shower and vanity are great. We have zero complaints. But they did a horrible job drywalling a large section of one of the walls. We’ve sanded it, spackled it, primed/painted it twice, and there is still significant peeling/cracking. I’ve contacted SMR multiple times and was essentially given instructions on how to fix it, which I had already done on my own, and it didn’t work. They never offered to come out and fix the issue. Once the actual work was started in August, we found the customer service to be poor. Never proactive, always reactive. It should be a no-brainer to make sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied, and it seemed to us that all they cared about was getting paid.
