Top Roofing

My fiancé and I recently bought our home in Oct 2025, when we got our inspection we knew the roof wasn’t great! In January 2026 I posted on our local facebook group and asked for roofing company recommendations and multiple people suggested Top Roofing, and now I know why! Danny reached out originally via Facebook and was super respectful and professional, which carried through to the entire team! We initially had the team come out for an inspection and then they checked back in with us a week or so later. They had an open conversation and never made us feel pressured to go with them like some other companies! Once we decided to go with them, worked with us every step of the way. The guys working on our roof were respectful of our home and property and were also super quick and cleaned up after themselves! Harry communicated with me throughout the entire process and even came back the next day to check over the work and double check that no remaining nails were left. Danny also stopped over to check in as well. Every single person was so communicative and really kept us involved in the entire process which we enjoyed. They called us to schedule a time and walked us through what everything would look like including when the dumpster would be placed, where it would go, etc! My fiancé and I are first time homeowners and are a young couple. Top Roofing NEVER made us feel like we were being used or cheated out of money. I would recommend them a million times over and if we ever move and need a new roof I know exactly who I am calling!

Top Roofing was who I went with to replace both the original sheathing along with new roof with a 50-year warranty. They were in constant communication as they prepped to do the job, and executed it in the most professional way. Our neighbors were impressed, too, at how tip top the crew was. The clean up was impeccable. It took only 1 day for this project and it could not have gone better!

Very impressed by this company. From the owner, Danny, to his entire team, my experience has been outstanding. They just completed a new roof on my home in Perrysburg, and it went wonderfully. You will do yourself a service hiring these folks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They put the care and detail into their work that most of us assumed was a long-forgotten trait in professionalism and quality for home services all while continually offering to go above and beyond in service and attention.

WOW!! I haven't dealt with a company so well organized for at least 20 years. I am so impressed by how well everything just fell into place. The day before they started a dumpster was placed neatly in the front of the house. A lift was brought to move shingles and people. The morning the work began I received a call that the all the materials were being dropped off. At 9 am the team came in and protected all the windows and started ripping off the old shingles and putting new ones on the back of the house. At the end of the day everything was picked up neatly stored. Day 2 at 9 am the team arrived and completed the front half of the house and garage. There were at least 20 people here, all with a specific job to do. When the last shingles were being installed other's were packing up equipment. The cleaning crew got to work making sure there was no metal left behind. Day 3 the gutters were installed. Top Roof literally thought of everything. They are the Disney of roofing company. Job well done. I love the old school values. Every single one of the different crew members conducted themselves very professionally.
