Discovered Rooftop by chance. My wife and I observed water damage from a previous install over our deck. That same day, I saw Rooftop Innovation parked across the street talking to my neighbor. As all good noisy neighbors do, ! invited myself over to see if the rep could check out our deck.

Brody was friendly and knowledgeable. He understood our budget and devised a fix that would address our immediate issues.

The laborers who worked the job knew how to fix the issue and completed the repair in a timely manner. Service rep conducted a QC check with us that same week.

We chose RTI from a narrowed selection of top 3 pros we generated from the Certainteed Shingle Manufacturer website based on star ratings and reviews, Certainteed credential length of time as a "Select Shingle Master", and personal interaction with each during free roof inspections and discussion of detailed procedures for roof replacement. BBB Accredited Business and A+ rating, and Insurance verified. Certainteed website was chosen for finding a Pro because initially we thought we were going to use Certainteed shingles.

David Sanchez was our roofing specialist/project manager. He was knowledgeable, professional, a pleasure to work with, always responsive to our questions. David did the initial inspection and confirmed hail damage on multiple slope sections of our roof and took pictures. He took the time to be there at my request to answer any questions Insurance had when I filed my claim and also made himself available to meet with the 3rd party inspection adjuster and made sure that all damage was noted and yet being professional and allowing the adjuster to do his job.

Along the way David engaged several RTI co-workers and managers (a big Thank You to James, Thomas, Sam, Clayton, Arliss & Raúl and their roofing crews) who helped get us to the ultimate goal of full roof replacement and getting us back whole to pre-hail storm status consistent with our insurance policy. A day and a half starting at 6 am. Thursday to complete the job.

Saturday morning wife mysteriously says to me come take a two minute ride with me so I jumped in the car drove a bit, and we started slowly driving towards our house. My first words were... "my goodness, gorgeous," which were similar words expressed by my wife in reference to the roof completed by RTI Roof Top Innovations.
