Called about a leak showing up as water stains on the kitchen ceiling and the team came out the next day. Found the source fast and fixed it properly the same visit. Dry ever since. Would recommend to anyone in Toronto without hesitation.

Universal Roofs was willing to come out for a small job I needed done. I had a very good feeling when I met Olti who is the owner the moment I met him. He explained what he was going to do and I felt that he was honest and reasonable. These guys did an excellent job, and I would absolutely recommend them to family or friends.

I couldn't add a photo of what Olti and his team did but I would like to say an awesome job is an understatement to describe what they did for us and our skylight! ?? My whole family is happy for the result of our new skylight. We had leaks that damaged our kitchen ceiling and it was coming from a very old skylight. Olti responded very quickly and came the same day to give us a quote. That same day we decided for his service because he was a very honest man to work with. He considered all of our concerns. It's really hard to find good service these days, but Olti and his team did not disappoint. Also, mentioning his friend Fredi who initially worked at our damaged ceiling, he did an amazing job and was very detailed with his work. Thank you Olti and team for your amazing service!
