UPDATED review: They honored their warranty and replaced the tiles that were lifting! All I had to do was send a demand letter by certified mail. All in all I am happy that the lifting tiles were replaced so I don’t have to worry about rain getting in or under them.Second review: 4 years later some of the roof tiles are lifting. It wouldn’t be a problem if they honored their 5 year labor warranty and fixed it. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail box is always full. When I talk to the office staff they have no idea what’s going on and always say they’ll call me back. I’ve been trying to get them to fix it and they’ve been giving me the run-around for over 2 months now-no plans to get it fixed and they’re probably hoping to ignore it until the labor warranty expires. They told me that the manufacturer needs to do an inspection but I called the manufacturer and they don’t send out inspectors at all. ¯\(°_o)/¯Original review: The price was fair and right in the middle of other bids, considering the current cost of lumber. Andrew gave me lots of helpful information, was patient, easy to reach by phone and answered all my questions. The crew was very professional and they worked quickly to get the job done well. My new roof looks amazing, I am very pleased and my neighbors are happy too!
I worked with Scott who did an excellent job for me and he came out and checked my roof and even checked my insurance documents to see if I could get a new roof. Very professional and very prompt. I would highly recommend them

The crew was great and did a thorough cleanup every day. The most impressive part was when they came back after hours to put plastic on our roof when an unexpected storm popped up, saving our house from the rain.
