Ray & Sons Roof Repair

Brandon was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to clearly walk me through every step of the roofing project, so I always knew what was happening. Brandon handled all the coordination with my insurance and made sure I understood the different shingle choices, showing just how knowledgeable he is about roofing materials. The whole roof replacement went smoothly and quickly, with the crew taking care of all the necessary decking repairs and installing the new roof with real skill. The team was very professional, and they made sure to leave my property cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend this local, family-owned roofing company to anyone looking for reliable and quality roof work.

After noticing water stains on my upstairs ceiling, I checked my attic and found leaks around the pipe vents and several boards near the back of the house. My roof was getting old, so I started looking for a good roofer. I got quotes from three different roofing companies that friends had recommended. One company gave a very detailed estimate that included checking out the chimney, which also needed a lot of repairs. I waited for the weather to clear up since rainy days can slow down roofing work here in California. In the spring, I reached out to the companies again to confirm the quotes, and they all stayed the same. I decided to go with the roofer who could handle both the roof and the chimney repairs, which made things much easier for me. Grant was very friendly and always kept me updated. Brandon and his crew did an excellent job repairing the chimney. Once the weather was clear with no rain and low winds, the roofing materials and dumpster arrived right on time. The team showed up early, worked hard all day, and managed to finish my new roof, a skylight installation, and my garage in just one day! Grant stopped by several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. The crew was friendly, efficient, and kept the area clean throughout the project. I'm really glad to have a new, sturdy roof now. I also plan to have Brandon and his team come back to fix the ceiling inside soon. I highly recommend this roofing company for their quality work and great service.

William from Ray & Sons Roof Repair did an outstanding job fixing my roof. I’ve worked with different contractors before, but none have matched the level of care and professionalism I experienced here. William gave me a fair quote, communicated clearly, and finished the work on time with everything left neat and tidy. He also went above and beyond by coming back to check on another roof concern I had, and didn’t charge me for that extra visit. If you’re looking for reliable and honest roofing services at a reasonable price, I highly recommend reaching out for your repairs.

the crew did a fantastic job replacing the damaged roof on our home in torrance. communication and follow-up from the team was excellent from start to finish. brandon met with us to explain the whole process, including how to file an insurance claim, and he even coordinated directly with our insurance company. he gave us references, and we were able to check out other roofs they had installed around the area, which helped us choose the right shingle color for our home. the project started earlier than expected and was finished well within the promised timeframe. the roofers took great care during the installation and made sure to clean up the yard thoroughly once they were done. we really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project, and we are very happy with our new roof.

We are extremely happy with our choice to have Ray & Sons Roof Repair take care of our roof in Torrance. William and his team were friendly, honest, and very professional from start to finish. They worked directly with our insurance, provided a clear and fair estimate, and completed our entire roof replacement in less than a day. The crew also replaced our gutters and downspouts, made sure everything was cleaned up properly, and even noticed damage to our siding that we weren’t aware of. Thanks to their attention to detail, our insurance also covered the siding repairs. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work we received. Our neighbors often ask about our new roof, and we’re always happy to highly recommend this team for anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.
