I had three or four different contractors come to my house to give me estimates on my roof. Most of them were overpriced and used subcontractors. The roofer from this company came out and explained how they're cheaper because they don't charge middleman prices. His company also finances the roofing. He explained precisely what they offered and the cost step by step what was going to be done. After the tear down of the roof we found out that all the plywood underneath was water rot so we had to change out the plywood which was not expected. But he again gave us a fair price and that got done. It was all still within our budget. His team was there when he said they were gonna be there. Total time took about a week once they started. I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent work by the roofer on my roof repair. Very cost effective less than the lowest cost the home inspector thought it would be. Very thorough used new tiles before and after work pics pics showing the repair with estimate and estimate included insurance docs. Usually you have to ask for all this he does it as part of the job. Very honest my neighbor had his roof inspected and he recommended some minor cleaning nothing else. I was under a crunch due to unreasonable buyers he punched through his schedule to get me in right away went the extra mile to help me out. He is a good guy does good work and is legit. Highly recommend and already has 2 more referrals.
We had our roof replaced by this company. The roofer was very accommodating on schedule and absolutely gave us his honest and expert opinion. After getting 2 other quotes we choose this company because it is a family owned business and their quote was very competitive. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional from getting a quote to drawing up a contract to getting the work completed. I recently had this company do a full roof replacement for my flat roof. Before deciding I talked to 3 roofing contractors. Ultimately I chose this company because they have a lot of experience working with flat roofs. For the price I liked the combination of materials along with the labor and materials warranty. I asked whether I needed a coating. Instead they told me the cap layer they used already met cool roof standards but I could consider a coating many years later to extend the life of the roof. I liked working directly with the roofer and I felt assured he was invested in the quality of the work and the reputation of his company. Their bid came in on the lower end compared to the others and offered the best value in terms of materials and warranty as well. The roofer handled the entire permitting process. The project started on Monday the work was done by Thursday and inspection passed on Friday. He even replaced my skylight and only charged me the cost of materials. I am very happy with the quality of the work and my new roof.

They were able to complete the whole job within 2 work days and this exceeded my expectations. The workers were great and respectful and the roofer was a great person to work with.
