We were looking for a company to complete total exterior upgrade on our home. We needed new concrete, roof, gutters, siding, windows and entry doors. Lighthouse Exteriors was one of the few companies who would be able to provide all aspects of our project. From the beginning we had the support to make our home what we wanted. They offered guidance on products and materials that would best fit our needs and budget. This was a longer project the timeframe for the completion was very accurate. Lighthouse was easy to work with each step of the way. Communication for each subcategory of the project was good. The teams that worked on our home were respectful and mindful of our schedule. We are so thankful for Lighthouse Exteriors. From the first call with Kristie, we knew we found the right place to help us build our son's ramp. Seth helped us through the process. Ernie and his crew worked diligently and thoughtfully with our terrain to make an easy entry for our son. The ramp looks like it was always there, like part of the house's plan. That was so important to us. Lighthouse is a great choice for home improvements. (Pictures include a before and post-concrete work. Working on the grass and leveling :) )

I have so much to say about Lighthouse Exteriors. I found them threw one the pro apps where you find workers for home repairs.
I needed a lot of work done, new roof, update siding on the front of my house, clean the rest of my siding, new gutters with leaf guards and concrete work-driveway and replacing an old wood deck with concrete.
I saw that this company did all three of the kind of work I needed done, Siding, Roof, and concrete.
I hoped that they would be reasonable for all three aspects I needed. Two young men, Bryce and Yousef came, we discussed my 3 projects. I told them if you can make me a reasonable price.on all three, I would go with their company. We did a lot of detailed discussion.. I probably drove them nuts, because I am very picky, intense about any kind of work. I told them I am a retired music teacher and expect the best they can do. They understood where I was coming from and we're sweet, very kind and patient with me. We hit it off like we knew each other for years. After giving me a estimate and it was very straight forward, I was able to unqderstand what they were going to do as a company to complete this work to my satisfaction.
I felt the price was excellent for the work and materials needed to complete this project. I decided, very easily that this was the company I needed to go with, and have trust in. This company also had a special connection to me as part of their business is located in Madison Heights and that's where I grew up, it shouldn't have meant much, but it did to me.

To add complications to the scheduling all this work, I had relapsed with my Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma I've been in remission/ relapsed for now 14 years.
So I had recently relapsed and started new rounds of treatments, having a difficult time with side effects. I was in contact with Richelle so many times to try to get a schedule that would around treatments... It was challenging, but Lighthouse Exteriors- Richelle was so kind to me, so patient.. I will always deeply appreciate their kindness.
#1) First the roof, went very well, used more under matierals than most other companies wouldn't bother with. I know my roof was going to last and Lighthouse Exteriors would stand behind it. They finished the roof in one day, it is a small house, one day was expected. Clean up was excellent, nothing was left on my lawn. I was very pleased.

#2) Next came the siding with Kyle managing all the siding work, he was excellent and took the time to make sure it was done to my liking.I was beyond pleased with the work and very happy with my color choices. Very excited and impressed on how it turned out.
Lastly

#3) Concrete; Eric the general manager for all the projects, but concrete is his thing the head worker, Ernie was terrific, I could ask questions, say comments, he was very patient with me. Eric and I discussed drainage issues I had with my house. So Eric suggested using underground piping leading to, two "pop up" drainage heads that would steer the water to my front yard, not to the concrete driveway. Ice in the winter has always a major issue, dangerous sliding, etc
Eric understood, so the issue was taken care of. I had to remove my gate which needed to be replaced very badly. So Lighthouse Exteriors replaced my posts for the new gate. The gate was made/installed by Scott from Ambient Outdoor, another excellent company.

In closing, it is all done... Landscaping won't happen until this coming Spring. When it's all done, I will post another pic or two.
But I am posting a before pic and a basically finished pic. There is still some trim painting that will be done this fall.
