I had an excellent experience with Richards and Swift Roofing.. from start to finish. The initial appointment was quick and professional, Jim inspected the roof, explained what needed to be done, and provided a clear quote promptly. The price was significantly lower than other contractors I spoke with without cutting corners on materials or scope.
Communication was outstanding the entire time: fast responses, clear scheduling, and proactive updates leading up to the job. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care (protecting [landscaping/driveway/windows] and keeping everything organized). They completed a full roof replacement in by mid-afternoon, and the cleanup was impressive—no debris left behind and they thoroughly swept for nails.
The finished roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident in the workmanship and warranty. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. -Resident in Ypsi.

Jim recommended a great place for the tree limb removal, he has connections because he has been doing this for a long time. I was so pleased with my beautiful new roof that I left the Richards & Swift lawn sign in my yard until winter, I wanted everyone in the neighborhood know I was happy with Jim and his amazing team.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept us updated on scheduling and the entire process felt organized and professional. Cleanup was thorough, and everything looks fantastic.

Previously the company also put a new shingled roof on my 3 season room and barn. I was very happy with all the work done which is why I had them return to do my home.
