Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the crews' professionalism; one customer also describes a quick completion, and another mentions creative solutions to difficult roof challenges. One customer said an estimate requested for elastomeric roof coating instead covered a full tear-off and re-shingling, and that the office said the company did not offer that coating. Another reported nails through new plywood, a piece of tar paper left by a car, and questioned whether two coats of cool coat had been applied.

Very poor communication, and experience with an estimate. Durazo's came out to provide an estimate on elastomeric roof coating. While they did send me the estimate- it was for a full tear off and re- shingling (not what I had asked for). I promptly called their office to inquire and was told they do not do elastomeric roof coating. So why is this service listed on the website? Or why bother sending out an estimator for a service you don't offer- especially when we discussed this over the phone...

Mr Jesus Durazo is 100% capable at roofing and he is 100% honest in giving estimates. I would refer him to anyone who needs a roofer. He is pleasant and on time and very easy to do business with.

They just completed replacing our medium/large sized two story roof. We are very pleased with the results and the price. The crew was professional and completed the job quickly. Highly recommend

Could have been better without nails through the new plywood. This was in multiple areas. Was underbid, then asked for another 3k but had the right amount of material without buying anymore..... I question two coats of cool coat for sure, you can see black underneath. Quality lacks. I am not impressed but the roof shouldn't leak for 3 years. Is this the best quality work? Probably not, but it got done and the roof won't leak. Clean up wasn't 100 percent. Left a big piece of tar paper by my car.

Why would you want someone to come and fix things when it should have been done right the first time? They didn’t do it right the first time. Not supposed to use nails on roof jacks. Owners been doing things for 20 years so using old out dated roofing isn’t ideal. If I had to do this over again I would have gone somewhere else.

We were very nervous about embarking on such a major project. However, Jesus put us at ease in the sales process. And when Jorge and his crew arrived, we knew that we were in really good hands. They were extremely professional and friendly. They worked through some very difficult challenges with our roof and devised creative solutions that brought us an absolutely beautiful new roof.
We highly recommend Durazo's Roofing!
