Just met with Justin of Native Roofing Company about a potential roofing issue I thought I might be having concerning my relatively newish roof that was installed by a different roofing company (that has since gone out of business since my install). After climbing up on the roof and thoroughly assessing the situation, Justin eased my fears that while what I am seeing is not aesthetically ideal, it's not structurally a problem and doesn't need any repair work done. Our house is approximately 1700 square feet; native roofing crew of 5 arrived at 6:30 am. They proceeded to remove all old roof coverings, replaced all existing roof sheeting that was damaged and or degraded. They totally replaced roofing underlay and shingles, collected and carried off all old roofing materials, and installed 5 new roof vents I did not have previously. They were totally cleaned up and finished by 3:30 pm. They left a single pallet of a few shingle bundles and a new vent behind because they ran out of room on their trailer. They returned the next morning to pick that up. They gave me a quote before they started working and with all the extra repairs they made I fully expected them to ask for extra money after completing the job. They did not! Except for the brand new roof with a 30 year warranty you could not tell they had ever been on my property. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a Fantastic, reasonable and professional repair and or roof replacement done quickly and efficiently.Darrell Howard
I had a wonderful experience with Native Roofing! They were informative and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Yes, they gave me options, but they did not pressure me into any upgrades. They educated me about their products but ultimately they let me make the final decisions. I really respect that and there was no "hard selling" me. Its refreshing to deal with a company that obviously cared about my needs and not just getting a contract signed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
