!There are times when a simple review isn't enough, that to explain just how you feel about a company, it's owners and employees just can't be explained adequately. To start with, the owner, Troy Holmes, is one of the nicest, honest and respectable people I have ever had the privilege to do business with, and I'm 83, so I've had my share of companies I've dealt with. His whole objective is pleasing his customers. The communication is faultless. He stays on top of it all. His workers are absolutely wonderful. Not only are they friendly but their workmanship, and leaving the work site, was BETTER than they found it, seriously. And Felix was absolutely wonderful at repairing the ceiling where there was a leak, as you can see in the pictures. To sum it all up, I am absolutely satisfied, and proud, of the work that was performed. Without a doubt this is one company, VH1 Roofing, that you can 110% trust, and know that you will be very happy with the results. Thank you to Troy and his employees, a truly satisfying experience.
Troy was a super nice guy. Easy to deal with. He is someone you could always consider a friend. He is an Excellent commentator and gave detailed explanations.We had a complete tear off and most of it had to be re-decked. These roofers went above & beyond when it comes to clean up. It looks great & they even hauled off a bunch of limbs/sticks/leaves!!
