Our experience with Adrian was excellent! We had a leak in our roof and asked him to do a complete roof inspection as our roof is probably 20 years old. He found several places where repairs were needed and gave us a reasonable quote to perform the work. Adrian was clear in his communication with us and timely in his responses. He showed up when he said he would and provided updates on issue as he discovered them. We had to have solar panels removed for him to complete the work and he even paid us a follow up visit to insure the solar company had reinstalled the panels without damaging the roof. Sure enough, he found a tile the solar company had damaged which we were able to get them to come out and fix. It’s that kind of follow through that sets Cool Roofing apart from other contractors. I would highly recommend them for roof repair.
Adrian, the vice president of Cool Roofing Inc., is a third generation roofer. He is licensed, insured and a knowledgeable, competent and reasonably priced roofer. There are not enough superlatives to describe Adrian. Our house is 42 years old and although we have reroofed our house about 18 years ago we have had numerous leaks. We have many skylights and a very unusual roof. Adrian replaced the failing skylights, 100-150 tiles, and caulked every seam that could possibly leak. Our roof looks terrific and I am confident that it will stand up to all the bad weather nature can deliver. He is personable, competent, on time, neat and is an honest person. I highly recommend him.
Adrian was such a great help! I was going to potentially pay to have my roof repaired not knowing that the roof is under warranty. Called Cool Roofing to get an estimate on repairing my leaking roof. Adrian offered to come out right away to give me a bid, but when I told him that my house was only 5 years old, he suggested that I call the home builder first to see if the roof was still under warranty. Turns out l, it was! I really appreciate Adrian’s honesty. He’ll be my first call should I need roof repairs after the warranty expires.
