My roof gave me a proposal And an honest proposal gave me a price that was reasonable that I could afford gave me a timeline and did everything that he promised in that timeline roof is beautiful. I will recommend this company to anybody including all of my friends and family.
Claims to be open 24 hours, but when I called at 8:30pm some random women’s voice answered the phone like I woke her up from her sleep saying a soft muffled “hello.” Not….”Hi, this is Frontline Roofing how may I help you?” Not a great look. Either don’t answer your phone and let your customer leave a message or answer professionally so someone knows they are calling an actual business line.
Frontline Roofing deserve a 5 star rating. . Arturo and 2 helpers completed my roof repairs in 1 day. They inspected the roof, replaced several broken tiles, cleaned all 9 valleys, applied mortar/cement to all exposed caps and transitions, aligned flashing, took pics and cleaned the gutters. It was a big task. Also Michael provided a cost estimate with a price match guarantee.
Jessica and Darren were fantastic to work with! I always felt taken care of. And the roof itself exceeded my expectations! Very professional people and good craftsmanship!
