IBEX Roof

I had an outstanding experience with IBEX from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. Jeff was our project manager, and he really cared about how the job was going to be handled before and after. The roof installation was top-notch. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and completed the project on schedule. You can really tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. My new roof looks amazing and gives me peace of mind knowing it was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality roofing services. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent results!

We are happy to give IBEX Roof a 5 star rating for reroofing our garage and repairing our house roof. Whitney the salesperson, Kyle the garage roof project manager and Darren the house roof repair and maintenance person were professional, personable, well qualified, took numerous before and after photos which we went over together and answered all questions. Workmanship has a 20 year warranty, very important to us. We recommend the company.

IBEX installed our Gutters System. From start to finish, was an excellent experience! Jonathan was the Rep that came out to do the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my questions. He even helped me with suggestions on drainage, etc.,. Jeff, the Project Mgr, was also very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He contacted me two weeks ahead of the estimated installation date and asked if they could instead come out the next day to do the install, This wasn't a minor thing...the home location was 1.5 hrs from Portland!! Lastly, the installation crew did a fantastic job...fast, efficient and again, very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I was very impressed with everything from beginning to end! Excellent Customer Service!

This company was extremely easy to work with from the start. The young man who came to our house to give us an estimate (Chris) was very knowledgeable, thorough and spent a lot of time explaining everything. The roofing was done ahead of schedule and everything ran very smoothly. We also got new gutters and they were also done on schedule during a pouring rain all day. The project manager, Jeff, kept us informed the entire time as well and came to inspect everything when it was done. Overall this was a very precision team. We are totally happy with the job and highly recommend this company.

Before I tell you about the roof I would like to thank Jeff Eason and his crew for the job they did. And a very special thank you to Cody Freemire for which this job wouldn't have been done at all. I couldn't be happier with IBEX Roof for my new roof. From start to finish, their team was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting it right. The crew worked efficiently, finishing the roof in just 1 day with impeccable attention to detail. They managed to get this done having to replace sheeting as well. The flashing, vents, and gutters are flawless, and the roof looks stunning. Communication with Jeff kept me updated every step, explaining the process clearly and answering all our questions. Cleanup was great. No nails or debris left behind, which we really appreciated. They even finished before the states first big rain and slept soundly knowing the roof was done right. Highly recommend IBEX to anyone needing a roof.
