IBEX installed our Gutters System. From start to finish, was an excellent experience! Jonathan was the Rep that came out to do the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my questions. He even helped me with suggestions on drainage, etc.,. Jeff, the Project Mgr, was also very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He contacted me two weeks ahead of the estimated installation date and asked if they could instead come out the next day to do the install, This wasn't a minor thing...the home location was 1.5 hrs from Portland!! Lastly, the installation crew did a fantastic job...fast, efficient and again, very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.I was very impressed with everything from beginning to end! Excellent Customer Service!
This company was extremely easy to work with from the start. The young man who came to our house to give us an estimate (Chris) was very knowledgeable, thorough and spent a lot of time explaining everything. The roofing was done ahead of schedule and everything ran very smoothly. We also got new gutters and they were also done on schedule during a pouring rain all day. The project manager, Jeff, kept us informed the entire time as well and came to inspect everything when it was done. Overall this was a very precision team. We are totally happy with the job and highly recommend this company.

The crew worked efficiently, finishing the roof in just 1 day with impeccable attention to detail. They managed to get this done having to replace sheeting as well. The flashing, vents, and gutters are flawless, and the roof looks stunning.Communication with Jeff kept me updated every step, explaining the process clearly and answering all our questions. Cleanup was great. No nails or debris left behind, which we really appreciated. They even finished before the states first big rain and slept soundly knowing the roof was done right.
