Sam from Roofing Pros came over this morning to look at my roof after I complained that I had leaking in my bathroom for two days. Although the leaking stopped because of the unreasonable cold this weekend, Sam believes the issue is likely an ice dam build up caused by poor attic insulation. He has forwarded me a contact for roof insulation. Sam was extremely easy to deal with and not even charge me for the inspection. He is a real mensch. Sam and his crew went above and beyond to replace my entire roof and a skylight during the one of the hottest days when temperature was above 30C. Thoroughly cleaned the skylight until it's spotless. Repaired all damaged roof decking with plywood. Removed all debris around the property after the job's done. Well done guys!
