Proline Roofing just finished up the roof deck, built in torch down gutters, skylights, valley and step flashing after a monumental cedar shake removal. My crew were exceptionally talented, polite and ensured the property was never left a mess each night. My house was a big task and all I can say is that you get what you paid for and that is what everyone wants. 10 out of 10 all around for the amazing crew. Thanks Proline!!!

Good service until job was done. Poor follow up regarding finishing concerns (advised that they don't paint the step flash so it looks sloppy at the front of the house and a few other things, some shingles not sitting right) . big job > $40K so would have been nice to have some effort to make it look as nice as possible at the end. . No info given regarding warranty when requested (told it would be given after payment). No effort to meet in person to discuss finishing details. Hopefully roof will not need warranty work as i can't imagine it will be easy to deal with them. Biggest thing is that I don't know much about roofs and rely heavily on trusting the company I am working with and that is not there unfortunately. UPDATE: upon reading this review, the company reached out to me promptly and paid a visit. They fixed up the finishing as best as they could (fixed some shingles, touched up paint) and gave me some generic information on the warranty (full warranty details to be provided after payment ). I really appreciated their responsiveness in this matter and they really did their best to address my concerns. Thank you Proline.

The Proline team did a great job replacing my gutters and skylights. It was all done in one day, and the end result looks very good. All of my interactions with different members of the Proline team were professional and positive. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Proline Roofing was great to work with and I would highly recommend them. We had our 25+ year old roof and gutters replaced in March 2023. The staff from Proline were a pleasure to work with at all stages of the project, right from the first contact with their Admin staff, the person that provided the quote, the roofers, the supervisor, the gutter installer, etc... I received the quote in October 2022. They were upfront with the amount of work they had and said it would be roughly 4-5 months before they would get to ours. They showed up just over 4 months after the quote was provided. The cost was exactly what they quoted me. There was an additional cost to replace rotten boards but they made me aware of that potential when they provided the quote. The cost to replace the rotten boards was reasonable and they provided me with photos of the areas and the supervisor followed up to answer any questions. They were very accommodating when I asked that they permanently install two safety hooks for cleaning the gutters. The quality of the work was excellent as was the cleanup (end of every day) and disposal of the old shingles. They completed the work in the time they estimated for the roof and the gutters. They kept us very well informed throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service and work, highly recommended! From the very start of getting an estimate, answering our questions and providing all the information we needed to make a decision, to completion of the gutters; everyone at Proline has been phenomenal to deal with. Friendly, professional, flexible, and thorough are just some of the good qualities I would use to describe them. Workmanship is spot-on, the crews are great to work with, and our roof and gutters look awesome. They're diligent about cleaning up at the end of each day, and always keep you informed about their schedule. They were flexible and accommodating for scheduling, and we were quite happy to be fit in where the busy spring season could allow. If you're looking for a professional company to perform quality roof repair or replacement, do yourself a favor and call Proline - anyone I spoke to who worked with them had nothing but good things to say, and it's been a huge relief for us to have such an integral component of our house replaced correctly. And a helpful hint: be thoughtful and provide cold drinks and maybe some treats to the crew each day; it's hot, tiring work and everyone appreciates a little kindness! :-)
