RR Roof Rider Ltd - Victoria Roofers

We had a very stressful situation when our roof started leaking, and we needed help fast. We reached out to Vincent at Roof Riders who understood the urgency of our problem and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule. Neil from Roof Riders came out the same day and promptly resolved our leaking roof issue. If you are looking for a roofing company that is reliable, professional, and provides incredibly prompt service, look no further than Roof Riders. Highly recommend!

After researching several companies I decided to select Roofrider. Vincent was the only person to look in my attic and give an honest assessment. He promptly provided a detailed quote with all of the information on the products used. Once Vincent's professional team arrived they installed the roof in a very professional way and took pride in my yard and respected my neighbors. The team ensured that only the best products were used. The team took the time to make sure the yard was clean after everyday. I would recommend this company who wants a professionally installed roof that you can be proud of.

I highly recommend RR Roofer Rider. I received four different quotes for replacing a 35 year old roof and decided to go with them after Vincent (the owner) came by personally, to give me a quote. He went onto the roof to inspect it and came inside the house to view the attic and answer all my questions. I found Vincent very personable, knowledgeable and honest, he put me at ease right away. I received the quote the same day. I was very pleased that his crew were able to start the new roof in the cold month of January and complete it in a reasonable amount of time which was a lot of work since the old metal roof had been placed on top of the much older asphalt roof. The foreman suggested installing a skylight for the bathroom to bring in more light and make use of a large ceiling opening that had housed old lighting. While they were replacing the roof was the perfect time to install the skylight. The crew were friendly and polite whenever I spoke to them and did a great cleanup job when the work was complete. They also took photos of the new roof for me which I appreciated. Vincent also came by after completion to inspect the work that was done. Deciding to spend money on a new roof isn't easy but I really felt comfortable in my decision to go with RR Roof Rider.

Right from the start Vincent and his Roof Rider team surpassed my expectations. First off, the communication was excellent. The foreman, Kevin kept me informed when they would arrive and start working and also let me know during the day when they would leave each day. They kept my driveway tidy and clean as there was a lot of equipment, supplies to be used. When they were finished, they took me on a walk around to ensure I was satisfied with their work and the cleanup. I really appreciated Vincent’s visit to ensure I was happy with the work and if I had any questions or comments. Really amazing Customer Service!! I will definitely suggest using them to anyone that I know. Thanks!!

I highly recommend Roof Rider. Vincent (the owner) will give you a quote that uses only high quality materials and makes sure all aspects meet or are beyond industry standards. The new vents and new flashings look much better than the previous generation that was on there before. In fact, the new roof looks so much better than what it replaced. We had two new 4’x4’ skylights installed at the same time and Roof Rider gave me quotes for them that were very competitive. I thought they were a great deal! Now the house looks very much brighter with natural light coming into the house as never before. Once the team arrives at your home, they work fast and typically can finish off your roof in a few days. Vincent is personable, honest and reliable and knows just about everything in the roofing business. Highly recommended.
