After 34 years, our original skylight started leaking. We got estimates from 3 companies. Based on reviews, pricing, and longevity of each company, we chose The Roofing Company. From the start, the communication has been timely, thorough, and professional. James and Kris did the skylight replacement. They were on time and explained everything before and during installation. Only one snag...the incorrect trim kit was sent, but they were able to have the correct trim kit delivered within 30 minutes. Issue was resolved quickly. They cleaned up all packaging and debris. Very pleased with their work. Highly recommend this company for skylight install and replacement.

Great so far and very professional. Chuck Simpson does his job well? We are very pleased so far, Daryl priest in Alexandria kempsville, So I would like to update my review. Chuck Simpson did an excellent job of estimating our damage and setting up the repair, then we were expecting the work to be done in late January but they called us early and Jay and MO came out early December 18th, and from what I can tell they did a very professional job. Very friendly, easy to work with company. Chuck came out to assess what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable. By the time we were done, I almost wanted to ask him to stay for dinner. Very down to earth, and had great insights from all his experience. Then Jay and John came out to do the work in a timely manner. They did a great job and cleaned up the property afterwards. You know they love their job when they whistle while they work. Hope all the guys can add this to their tally, since I did it on one review to win the contest. ??

We have used the Roofing Company for years and have always been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. Chuck Simpson came out this morning to assess a leak in our slate roof and he provided excellent customer service. He set us up with the long-term repair and also personally installed a temporary fix in case it rains before the repair crew arrives.

I was extremely pleased with The Roofing Company. I had major damage to my slate roof in Portsmouth, their team did a great job of locating the problem areas and fixing all my issues. The foreman James is very knowledgeable and gave me daily updates throughout the job. The office staff is also top-notch, special shout-out to Sabrina & Debbie who were always very helpful whenever I called. Great company, I would highly recommend them.
